A quizzical poet with a voice brimming with turbulent emotion and heartfelt presence, Sister Ivy moves to join the juxtaposed, both lyrically and musically, with careful dissonance and timely resolve, blending the mundane with the magical, to provide soulful nourishment. Sister Ivy will be playing as a trio with a local bassist and drummer.
